would u tell me what i should write to LVO regarding update coz since 18th june, 2012 still no any update from LVO, main thing is that i am under MPNP family stream. hope to listen soon to exaust my tense condition as u all know very well.

Dear Ume Rayan i need ur favour tell me :
1) my brother in law deposited our processing fee from credit card with this fee form IMM5620 now he has to pay RPRF from his credit card. That's why i m asking which form should i use? What is the method to deposit fee from credit card?
2) I have one real daughter and 1 step child. He is living with his real mother. I have mentioned his name in my generic form but written that he is in the custody of his real mother and send custody documents to cio when submitted documents. He is not nominated of ainp family stream.But visa office send his medical form with us.He is under 18.Is his medical necessary?
3) The visa office asked to submit 3 forms for my daughter.(i) schedule A form(ii) Imm5406 Additional family information (iii) Imm8 Generic form. They didnt ask that whole family fill this form. It is clearly written in (pnp guide how to fill form) that this form must complete by principal applicant so i m principal applicant she is not.
I need to know how can i fill this form only for her.

You write them for application status, as your application was received on 18 June 2012, and after that there is no update. So kindly do let me know , what would be the expected time?

today i wrote CSE to LVO regarding application STATUS update but no auto generated reply to my inbox, even no auto reply would they reply or not within 28 days according 2 their info.

lets see what they reply, plz pray for me really frustrating me.

I just send RPRF bank draft to CHC,London. I attached a covering letter in which I mentioned all of the documents that I'm sending along with that letter. Order of documents that I sent was as follows:

1: Covering letter

2: Visa office email in which I was requested for Medicals & RPRF

3: Bank Draft in favour of "Receiver General for Canada"

4: Cash deposit receipt I got from IOM

(I was not asked to submit any forms)

Did you make it on London CSE or what? I did it yesterday and I received a copy of auto info. Try it again.Don't forget to add all info, like application number, email , phone etc etc.

Thanks for your information. Kindly confirm that when my sponsor received call from MPNP then they issed the LOA. Is it compulsory that they must take interview of the sponsor or not? If you have any information kindly replied. Lot of Thanks.

Hi Rashid

Yes Sponsor's Interview is a COMPULSORY part of MPNP nomination. Usually they issue LOA within next couple of weeks after interview. Interview is a good sign mostly.

Congrats a lot. Wish you all the best. You can use the same fee form which you used earlier to pay processing fee or you can just attach a cover letter with your draft as I mentioned earlier.

Yes RPRF can be paid via bank draft & credit card as well. If you are paying through credit card, then I'll recommend to use same Fee form.

I need to know how can i fill this form only for her.

1: You can use the same previous form(IMM5620) to pay RPRF via credit card. Method is same as what you did in case of payment of your processing fees.

2: I think his medical is necessary as you declared him as your dependent in your application. If you don't do so, visa officer will consider your family medicals as incomplete. Each of our dependent has to go through with same procedure whether he/she is accompanying us to Canada or not. Why don't you send CSE to further clarify your doubts.

3: Schedule A form & Additional family information form should be filled by Principle applicant, spouse & each child over the age of 18 years. So if your daughter didn't filled these forms earlier then she'll suppose to fill them now as she is above 18 now.

However IMM0008 is supposed to be filled by Principle applicant only so you'll fill it by yourself. Your daughter cannot fill that form as she is your dependent. May be visa officer wants you to provide your latest info by filling this IMM0008 once again.

today i received an email from LVO, they are telling me that they don't have my case in their office, that is shoking me.
and told me contact the concernd VISA OFFICE where your case/file is we regret to assist you.
tell me where i should contact to trace my case. please urgently response me. as in generic imm0008 i have indicated my visa office UK LONDON,

and intake office told me in their mail when they sent me AOL regarding File no. EP********* and UCI #*********** they mention in it that they will forward my case to VISA OFFICE as indicated in your application.
help me out. where should i contact now.
