walaikum salam,

according to CIC website maximum time after file transfer to London is 18 months... please check the link below
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/provincial.asp

Dear Hero Member SABII;

18 MONTHS IS NOT MAXIMUM TIME TO PROCESS FILE AFTER TRANSFER TO LONDON

CIC exact wording is quoted below which is self explanatory

QUOTE

The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2011. Processing times are subject to change.

Ussalam-o-Allikum sabii
do you know this form.
http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/translator-affidavit/

w.salam

This is the Declaration form for Translator:
As you know we need to get our documents translated into English language if they are in any language other than English... so when you go to the translator just take this form and get him complete and sign it as well... once the documents are translated and ready to be notarized ....take your documents to the notary public to get them notarized, just take this form as well to be notarized.
I hope this helps... Thanks
