should i show money still in my account and say this was the rule and money is still there in sponor name

or

i show money in principal applicant name and say i transfer money to PA name and rule was different when i applied ?

Thanks alot. Yar all the cases who applied in ISB and then cases were transfered to London have been delayed. Because london office already had a huge back-log and they already mentioned us that they'll clear the back-log first then they will process the case. They clearly mentioned in email that it will taqke more than one year to START PROCESSING, Thats why. But thank GOD my medical is done now and waiting for the PPR 1.

Last day i call Faisalabad TCS Office they are saying that we received a letter from CHC London for a Jhang Female Applicant but her numbers are not responding if you know her may be your relative or may be she iz reading should contact Faisalabad TCS Office that why i am leaving message here.

Dear friends , I am really confused now please help needed urgently, Here is my problem...
CIC asked me for following documents

1- Medical test
2- New Schedule A /Background Declaration ( please ensure there are no gaps in personal history ).( But I have done my level best to ensure there are no gaps )
3- Right of permanent residence fee
4- Schedule 4 form
5- updated police certificates
6- proof of funds ( Bank statement for at least 6 months )
7- Statement of you will establish in Canada.

I sent all the requested documents asked by CIC except the bank statement of my children was not 6 months old. After 1 month my E-cas status changed to (Medical results have been received)
and CIC returned my Right of per res fee saying that you already payed it...

But now 10 march 2012, I received a mail from CIC saying that we have not received any documents which were requested But I have sent all the documents.



What should I do Please help...... I have only 30 days to resubmit

Contact them on email. Write "URGENT Bxxxxxxxxxxxxx" in your subject line.
Tell them whole situation. tell them even you sent all docs to them and RPRF but they returned. If you have a letter with you; just scan it and send them

Surely tthey will reply you next day

AoA, Sampk and all friends who got the visa please tell me u submitted ur passports in islamabad embassy what is mentioned on your visas mean issued at london or islamabad
