ANY ONE APPLY IN JULY 2007

DEAR SENIOR MEMBER

I had applied in july 2007 under skilled worker. i have received File No in august 2007. After that i have not received any letter from CIC islamabd pakistan but my friend received one letter in january 2009 regharding withdraw your application. My friend and me apply on same date same month and years 2007. It is requested to senior member kindly advise me how much long to my application.

I am also old applicant ,applied in june,2006 and also received the letter in the month of Dec,2008 from CHC regarding the knowing of my interest(whether interested in withdrawl or want to continue) within 90 days(if interested no need to reply) . It was just a formal letter,which were sent to all the applicants.So you must have alos recieved the same. AS per my information received from my contacts,CHC,New Delhi has started to send Medical request to 2004 applicants and letter of Update documentation after March,2005 applicants.

Hi Phoona,
The reply to the said letter had to be given only in case you wanted to withdraw your application( by sending a letter within 90 days) otherwise in that event,If CHC do not hear from you ,they will assume your continued interest in immigration. So, there is no need to worry and CHC will contact you to request updated information when they will actively begin processing your application.
