Yes I agree what you say. But I would say sometimes its to the discreetion of the visa officer.

yesterday if you had noticed I got 2 responses from CHC, ND regaring the documentary proof for Singapre PCC. One VO replied saying that I need to send email to CIC Canada and had given me an email ID and another VO send me the document itself. So within same office there are 2 responses and totally different.

To be on safer side its better to wait for 4 months and then send it without PCC if we don't have it.

I would say sk.aggarwal was lucky.

I agree with you, it is better to be safe than sorry. Also a lot depends on VO/IO discretion if we are not following the instructions.

As I said that I will wait for the PCC which will take around 8 weeks from now and I have more than 16 week time with me to send the documents. I am in NO hurry

But no harm in fishing if there are applicants who succeded or failed afer applying w/o PCC. Let us see if we get any responses

I just noticed mtlguy is another case who applied w/o PCC and get med request and is still waiting for FBI PCC

Yes you are correct Ankit.

I am also in same timelines with you. Got AOR on Feb 2nd and FBI request received by FBI on 6th FEB.

Meanwhile I will be ready with my singapore PCC and local India PCC. Every other documents are ready.

What should i do. I have sent all my docs except the PCC. What is the method by which i should send my pcc is a separate package. Should i send it as soon as i get it or should i send it when the chc asks for it..

Not very sure....sk.aggarwal and blueboy can provide more details. I belive they got request from CHC for PCC.

Meanwhile send a case specific enquiry to CHC, New Delhi at this site https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi and ask them what you should do. They will certainly respond promtly.

I did send a case specific inquiry to the chc new delhi, and got an auto generated reply(i think) that gave me the last date by which i have to send in all my documents( the date was case specific, ie specific to the 120 days that i have)....

I submitted my full application to London Chc without my Kuwait Pcc on 2nd Dec 2009. On the 2nd of Feb I got my Kuwait Pcc after waiting for 3 Months. I too was in a fix whether to sent it now or later if they ask along with medicals.
I consulted Qorax on this forum and he adviced me to sent it immediately along with a covering letter mentioning File number, Date of Birth, Place of Birth and NOC CODE.
Do not wait just send it across and it will be attached to ur file since i send A CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY on the same and they replied that all docs are attached to file pending review.
