This is a correction to my earlier post. Please update my timeline:
My application was actually received on November 19, 2009 according to the CIC's ecas, not November 18, 2009. Also, the transaction has now been posted to my cc.

Why are you rejected

and i advice you not to leave this forum because this forum needs people who are experienced.I will not be leaving this forum even if i am rejected or approved.

hey naavy.....would be glad to help anyway i can........i got rejected coz for my NOC code am not eligible...

they said for refund i'll get a cheque within 8 - 12 weeks.

i'll visit here whnever i can and will ty to answer any doubts if there is......

i had filled my application myself...no representative.....no need too as everythng is explained very well in the websites and PDF instructions.......so newbies pls print out the instruction pdf files and read reread 4/5 times and it will explain u everything and clear all doubts.....

Hello canpr, NO RESPONSE .....still checking, submission done by consultant only,
my file send to NS on 11th nov, hopefully file may received around 16th nov, payment through credit card only, still no response...

mine wasnt in 38 occupations list.........but since i had more than 3 yrs experience and hav funds and a relative there i thot i'll give it a try but i guess u hav to hav job offer or be in 38 occupations list to get thru...strictly... :'(

so i'll try to get a job offer anf try again..

hey guys just came to inform all got my email but rejection...

they recvd. my application nov 12..tho fedex website said delivered nov 10...so i guess it can take time to get to the main ppl.........i got my response today..jan 25th.....

neways....will try agn someday and mayb will get thru then......funny thing is all these days i was just waiting & and had not arranged nethng for the next level...but today i sent request to my university for transcripts........now thts not needed for canada...will try to make use of it some other way.....
