I suggest you contact an ICCRC-registered lawyer or consultant who is inside Canada and communicate by e-mail or Skype. There are many fraudulent or haphazard people outside of Canada who claim to help you but then just take your money and do not do their best for you. ICCRC-registered agents have to do their best for you or they could lose their accreditation.
