Hello,
I really appreciate your assistance in answering my questions. I hold Master of science in electrical engineering and worked as a university lecturer for 4 years and half.My questions are:

1- Do you think I have a good chance to apply for PR as a university lecturer.
2-Does the CIC still accept applications under the category 4011?.
3- I am doing PhD in canada and started in September 2013, Should I wait till Sep 2015 and apply as a Phd student who completed 2 years or I should apply now as a university lecturer?.
I have a baby born in Canada "Canadian citizen", Shall I get points because of that?.

Thanks a lot

1. Yes - it sounds like you qualify.
2. Yes - CIC is still accepting applications.
3. Can't say.
4. No - you won't get any points for your baby.

This is applicable for relatives who is 18 years old and above.

G. Relatives in Canada

You or, if applicable, your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a relative, i.e. parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother/sister, aunt/uncle or niece/nephew, who is 18 years of age or older as of the date we receive your application, and who is a Canadian citizen of permanent resident residing in Canada.

Unless your baby is 18 years old - no points.
