Hi guys, just wondering as the title says.

My father applied (with the whole family as dependants) in August 2009 at the London office and were told 36-48 months from then. Just wondering if anybody else has had any progress/any advice/any contact with or from them since? Just any information at all would be helpful. We've applied for CAIPS notes to see when our brought forward date will be, have any of you done the same and when was yours brought forward to?

From my understand is that the processing times increased due to London taking on all Pakistani applications? I wonder just how much that has delayed the processing of our application.

Well CIC says it's now 94 months:

Though my application was NOT filed through London, maybe my information may help:

I applied Fed. Entr in Sept 2007 in POS Trinidad.
My AOR said 36 - 48 months processing
After 48 months (Sept 2011) I contacted the VO for an update.
They requested all of my bank statements, updated business financials, police certificates etc in Dec 2011.
They requested additional documents in August 2012.
I contacted the VO in February 2013 and they acknowledged receiving the additional documents and advised that the file has been sent to an officer for review. I enquired about estimated time and they refused to answer that part.
Last posted processing times for these applications in POS was 84 months for 80% of cases. My case will be 72 months in Sept.
CAIPS - I have ordered 4 sets of notes so far (it is actually GCMS notes now and not CAIPS as they have changed the system).
My last set was received in Mid-Feb this year and it is showing my B/F date as June 2012 so you may not get the answers that you are looking for with the notes. At the same time I think it was a good idea to order them. There may be some usefull information in it.

Not sure if this helps at all, but I feel the more information that people share about their cases the more we can learn from each other's experiences.

Best of luck!

Wow yes thank you so much. It was very helpful, I really appreciate it. It gives me an idea of what to expect now. :)
