I GOT EMAIL FROM CHC FOLLOWED BY A LETTER ASKING FOR EXTENSION LETTER.

COLLEGE EMAILED ME THE EXTENSION LETTER AS FORMAL LETTER AND I FORWARDED TO CHC.

MY COURSE STARTING DATE WAS 1ST SEPT. AND GOT EXTENSION TILL 26 SEPT. I SUBMITTED ON 6 SEPT. THE SAME DAY I GOT EMAIL.

AFTER MORE THAN 1 MONTH I GOT REFUSE STATING IN THE LETTER THAT ACCEPTANCE LETTER DONT HAVE 2 START DATES.

THERE IS MORE TO STORY THAN MEETS ONE'S EYE.

LET US KNOW OTHER REFUSAL REASONS AS WELL IF THERE WERE ANY.

IM NOT BUYING YOUR STORY FULLY.

THEY COULD ALWAY EMAIL YOU AND TELL YOU TO SEND THEM A CORRECT EXTENTION LETTER WITH PROPER STARTING DATES OR COULD TELL YOU TO DEFER YOUR ADMISSION TO THE NEXT TERM.

THEY WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR STUDY PERMIT MONEY FOR THIS LITTLE ERROR. THEY ARE EXPERTS AND THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF.

One of my cousin also applied with me same college same starting dates of session and he got approved. they did not ask for extension letter from him.

i had already applied and got medical letter as well after a week i applied.

though i dont have to go again for medical as it is valid for 1 year. i resubmit my passport and waitng for trv.

i applied with all the same docs but the acceptance letter is new with new dates.

Yeah I'm not buying it either. If there is something missing in your application all they will do is ask you to submit it. There is no way they refused your visa just because your acceptance letter didn't have 2 dates(which I still fail to understand) or something. When my sister applied for her study permit a few years back she didn't even send the original educational documents (which she had mailed to some other university in Germany). So when the CIC asked for it, she wrote them back stating the reason. And viola! she got the visa after a few weeks.

my brother applied for ACCA in Stouffville college with goood bank statement of 20,000 us dollar plus 9 lacs paki rupees. he hot medical request after submitting medical he got refusal in just four days. he had no medical issue. reason of refusal in insufficient funds and that visa officer is not satified that you will leave canada on completion of your studies...

can any one guide me what can we do now? is there any appeal system? or shall we re apply ??????

Sad to know about your brother visa refusal.

As you mentioned in your post, that after medical , he was sent refusal in next 4 days.
let us know if he already had sent passport to CHC after the medical done?
or passports were with you and you got refusal in 4 days?

could you please share with us the time line for your brother?

And who was his sponsor?

email the college and asked them for a new fresh CAS accpetance letter and make a new application for next semester,,,,,,,,,u dont need to do medical again

Its very hard time for your brother but Allah always do good and think good for every one. So bro If your brother have good luck then he will go Canada Insha ALLAH.
I also applied for same college with just CAD $ 19000 bank statement.
22 days gone after medical.
Let see.

I am not worried about visa.
ALLAH know my good and best and Insha ALLAH i will get it.
