hi.
i am also located in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah and working as an Electronics Engineer at Private Aviation Terminal. I have decided to apply for Canada Student visa to earn a diploma in Aviation Ground Fleet Operations Management program (2 year duration). so far i have enough funds to support my education and living cost in canada. but after reading the discussion board from all applicants i wonder why they would refuse visa even after fulfilling all of the requirements. i have few concerns now.
1) Since saudi arabia is one of the richest country where any one can pursue his career with a handsome salary. And i think it is in applicant best interest to apply from Saudi Arabia rather than home country.
2) Do we need to show our ties with home country??? like (Property belongs to Parents, Bank Accounts etc.) i do not have any financial saving in pakistan. Since i grow up in saudia and my all of the savings are in my Saudi Bank Account. is it enough to provide them if i have enough funds to live and study in canada??
3) I have an education gap of 8 years approx. i did my Electronics Engineering in 2008, now i am applying for aviation diploma. may be VO will make objection of study miss match.
4) i am in dilemma now. what should i do?? what documents should i prepare?? since most of the rejection has made because of "immigration status" in resident country.
Kindly help
