PCC from Pakistan was duly attested from the foreign office in Pakistan and Pakistan embassy in Abu Dhabi.
PCC from UAE was attested by UAE foreign office.

Police Clearance Certificate/Police Good Conduct Certificate. The VFS guy told me that it is not required at the submission time, but it is good if you have done it.

Okay...that's only required if you stay for more than 6 months...and I don't think we required a PCC while applying from U.A.E.

I have got admission in Conestoga for Graduate certificate in Robotics & Automation Jan 2015 Intake.

Anyone from the UAE applying there?
Can we apply for study permit in UAE without submitting passport ?
Otherwise I have to resign & apply after going back to India.

While applying from U.A.E, you don't required to submit the original passport at the beginning instead you have to take the photocopy of all pages and give to them. Once your visa is approved they will request to submit the original passport.

Will your company release your passport?
Will your company issue a NOC for you?

Passport releasing may not be an issue, if it takes less time like 1-2 weeks
.
But, do we need to provide NOC from the company to apply for study permit?
It has not mentioned in GC website.
