@ butterfly chemist it is a document from Jan 5 2015 , and I applied on March 1 secold draw. it still haven't been updated, and the requirements are different for EveRy country from What I saw.

so according to cic's website, citizens of these countries don't need to apply for a p.c.c until after they have applied for pr and have been sent a letter requesting a p.c.c from cic.
Singapore, Ethiopia,Saudi Arabia, Eritrea,Bahrain,Bermuda, Brunei,Canada, Colombia,
Haïti, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia,Mexico, Netherlands,Oman, Thailand, Yemen.

First of all , I haven't done a new profile yet. I've got the email in my inbox just after submitting the CSE, and this is what it says about the answering time :
The turnaround time for a response is of 10 business days for online technical difficulties and 30 business days for case specific inquiries.

The message I got this morning was an update regarding my existing application. But there is nothing new in it.

THE ECAS status is application received, I have never seen it be in progress.

I got the same message about updating my file with no real stuff to see on my myCIC, I guess this is a behind the seen work to start processing the cancellation (the refund). the ECAS gets updated every Tuesday according to the site, so in my case it was still showing in process, med passed even after I received the cancellation letter which was Thursday the 14th but yesterday I found it changed and it disappeared entirely!!
Still hoping that the CSE with the documents will make it to the VO and my application will be reopened. I wonder though if I can now try to upload a new EE since when I tried last Friday, it didn't work out (I was illegible)!!

Got an invitation on the first draw, it was cancelled due to lack of ECA, but it was just a system error. I had ECA, stated it and gave my ref #. The submitted application did not included it.

I would suggest you to just wait till wednesday and I am positive it will show up or send them a Case specific query or just call them

hi guys i opened another EE profile, it is a little different than the one i filled in Jan back then my score was 870 but now it is 903, could it be the work experience?

Can you still re open your file even if you're already created new express entry profile. My application cancelled last May 11 as incomplete.?

We'll see. I made a new profile yest, it asked me if I've already applied and had to put in the app number. Got an invitation now, but will wait to see if the other one will be reopened. From what I've seen with u guys here, it got reopened in about 20 days. I've sent the CSE on Tue, minutes after I was rejected.

I can't open my profile after it was cancelled. And i made another profile it says im not illegible. Lets connect here if you have the same status.

I wonder what changed. How many points did u get the first time and what does it say now?
I did the exact same thing I did on Jan 1st and the same points came up now. All the same.

Hi color blind it was cancelled because we we're not able to submit a police certificate. And now i tried to make another profile and it says not illegible to apply. Just need more information for this. Thank you
