I have not received the medicals request yet, but I will be checking my po box everyday. I never ordered CAIPS so I don't know my BF date; as for POF you need to show that you have at least the required amount, it doesn't matter if it's not the same from many years ago.

Just used the attached document it is valid. Do not waste the time for original one. They wont post it. Talk to your Doctor about that.

I am sure you will get it very soon. I am checking my email in similar frequency as you do. I am also following your post as we have just three days differences in our in processing date (mine is 15 Dec 2011). btw I guess you are from Iran. Good luck anyway and wish you the best in near future.
