I am a newbie in this site. My case status is as below. I am Iranian living currently in UK. I am very happy to be in here and share my file status with others. Hope everybody gets the final positive reply from Warsaw. I also know a physician from Koredestan who initial application was on March 2009 and he received his MR from Warsaw in May 2012.



"NOC: 4121

we received your application for permanent residence on May 12, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 11, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Warsaw office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Warsaw office on June 16, 2009. The Warsaw office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the Warsaw office on December 1, 2011. The Warsaw office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 15, 2011."

The question is. Will u print out the attached file of medical to do the test o shall u wait for the original from postal mail???
I got my medical also as attached pdf file. However, clinic center ask for original and told that the email just to make an appointment in a managed time.
Please advice

I just printed the form( colorful print) and Doctor accept that. I thought they wont mail the original by post.

Just used the attached document it is valid. Do not waste the time for original one. They wont post it. Talk to your Doctor about that.

Just to let you know today I recieved my Warsaw CAIPS/GCMS notes. I have passed with score 74 and appreantly my file is pending for
- MR
- updates schedule 1's,
- updates PC's
- Funds
- RPRF

there is one statment on this note which i need your help

" PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF' D TO: DOC ON 14.03.2012 MICROLOCATOR"

What does it mean?
