hamoonExpressEntry said:Hi friends,
I just call Opportunities Ontario. Here are the summary:
1) There is no minimum wage requirement for Ontario Express Entry. The minimum wage requirement in appendix 2 at the bottom of application guide is only for International Student/Foreign Worker stream and not for express entry.
2) CEC applicants don't need to have POF
3) Even if you have to prove POF, your money does not have to be in your bank account for the past six months
4) You need to send your official language test result. Copy is not accepted (even though the guide clearly says copy!)
5) Bank statement can be copied online by you and it does not need branch's stamp
6) You can apply if you are on implied status, but your application will be finalized only after you send them your new work permit
Hope this helps
Yes. Only the amount has to be equal to or more than the minimum POF applicable in your case and it shouldn't be encumbered which means it shouldn't be borrowed (either in part of completely) from anyone else.OmarSarfraz said:What does it mean by money should not be in your bank account for the past 6 months? Thanks for your reply. I had recently opened a new bank account as my last bank was troubling me. Now I have bank statements of 3 months from last bank which is from year end 2014 (3 months). My new bank account I have bank statements from past 2 months.Asivad Anac said:Yes. That should do if the aggregate balance in both accounts is more than the minimum POF required in your particular case. As for what details to be mentioned in the letter, have a look at what CIC says (in addition to what OOPNP guide says).OmarSarfraz said:Thanks for your reply. In all the bank statements I have sufficient settlement funds and my salary has been going in as well.
Should I submit both the old statements and new statements together with payslips?
Thanks for your help!
