Annex A--Sending Passport for PR

Mine is a joint application along with my wife for Canadian PR. As a final step they have requested to send the passports, however, there is only one Annex A attached in the email which has my UCI # enlisted and no mention of my wife's UCI #. I am the primary applicant.

Should I just simply take the P/O of Annex A with my UCI # enlisted and also send my wife's passport along with mine?

OR

Do I need to wait for another email with Annex A with my wife's UCI # ?

Please suggest what is the course of action.

You only receive on PPR email with primary applicant name and UCI. But you have to send all passports including primary and any depends using the same Annex A.

Can anybody share format of the Annex A they received. My VFS officer told me incomplete Annex-A just want to confirm. If formats vary. I have already e-mailed cuc regarding the matter.
