Can anyone please explain me the steps to request transcripts to be sent to WES from Annamalai university?
I do not stay in India at the moment and I do not have anyone to go on my behalf.
I do not want to go through any agents as they are charging a lot. Any help would be appreciated.

This question could be better answered in your university's alumni groups (Facebook, Reddit, etc). With that being said, talk to your university, they probably have some type of a service to take online payments and mail transcripts to WES.
