it takes usually 4 weeks maybe with holidays ahead more like 5 weeks

i told from Ankara to interview in early Dec/2015, but they sent me an email and cancelled the interview "due to some internal issues" and we will arrange for another available time. what do you think? any experience like me?

i received today invitation to interview!on february!!so will they give visa there on the spot if approved you think?

How did you get the invitation.by mail or by email?
Did they ask you to come with your passport?in many cases though they don't say right away but, you may be able to read their decision.
sometimes the officer is happy with you and stay with your passport.(meaning you are almost to get your visas). sometimes the officer emphasize that he is not convinced with your relationshp to be genuine and in some cases give you back your documents that you sent when applying. the decision comes a few s days after always.

no you dont get visa right away if you pass that i am sure you would takes about 1-2 month

can you tell me when your file went in processes and is somebody sponsoring you from Canada and what is your time line?

well i am right know in turkey i guess that will show that is genuine )i hope!i got the invitation by email and iy says bring your passport and 4 pictures with you and make sure that your landing fee is paid to speed up the process!the thing is i am gonna come back to bring my wife to this interview and wanna know if she will be getting it soon so i can book my ticket that way when i comeback here again.thx
