I am afraid it won't come to my email I believe it will go to my lawyer's email!

I have emailed the office today asking if anything has come in.

In that case, I will not rely on Ecas! I won't even check because obviously they do not change it LOL.

I am seriously so happy for you! I hope your husband gets his visa stamped right away and can move to Canada ASAP!

I received an email that was sent at 9:13:21 to my email only. My husband receive the same request. The only thing is that they replied back to my question about medical expiring by sending me the request for submission of ppt, AND they have extended the medical date (like written in gcms notes) to June 4 2014.....

Offices for issueing visa are open : Monday and Wednesday at 8H30 and 10H00 ONLY. So my husband is going to Ankara on Monday and will hopefully receive his ppt back in the afternoon.

I wouldn't see why not! They might try again the next day or try getting a hold of you another way (email, post).

Abe1004, In my case and gcms notes, they tried to call me on October23, when I was in Turkey and did not answer, they wrote it on the notes....don't want to alarm you but hopefully they will call back! Are you both in Canada???

My husband was called and the name that came up on call display was Fatma and last name (I don't remember) but it was not a Turkish name so he didn't answer. They called both his cell phone and our home phone so I thought that was weird because who would have both numbers?!

Then they called him the next morning and he answered.

Thanks termehd, I know how it feels to see Application received, but maybe for you guys (new applicants), it won't be that long because you don't have the strike like we did...so goes to show you that Patience is a virtue but d!@@@_ it's hard to wait. Keep the faith and it will come.
