Maybe you should wait until your spouse gets the PR card? I believe the timeline to get one is currenly 30 days.

anyway we are not going to Calgary even if in the CPR mentioned it and I don't know what will be happen in Toronto airport but I think it shouldn't be a big issue so I will let you know what is happening :$

It shouldn't be a problem, if it was provincial nominee I could see it being a problem but you're a sponsor. You could even talk to the consulate if you are worried but I don't think you should be

2 days ago CIC sent my wife a letter confirming sponsorship eligibility and they noted that they have forwarded the application to Ankara visa office for further process. Does anybody know what should I expect next?

For General Question about PPR letter, if you go there on Monday and submit the document you will get your visa next day around 2PM. Only Monday and Wed you can submit documents.

Mehrdad, once you get an approval for sponsorship from Canada the file will go to Ankara in most cases will take about 3 months to go in process, after going in process could take anywhere between 3 to 6 months for the visa to be issued. ( I asked those question when I was at the embassy in Ankara last week.)

If you check online, you can expect to see "application received" for the next few months, and then after that "In Processing".
