I am September 2013 applicant mine is still application received status.
But I have read in this forum that lots of Oct. Applicant have got PPR.

It's hard to say anything about CIC procedure and also it depends on your case.

Just want you to ask , did you try to contact cic?

I see lots of application got ppr submited even in nov and dec 2013
And lots still pending from sep. Oct and nov. So hard to predict anything
But hopefully by end of oct, we will hear from them.

Yes I did quite few time but they send you the same note about the timeline thing.
Yes I hoping to hear something good end of this month .

Hi rick88,

It' should be ending with a number like cft123g.someting like this show your visa processing officer.

5-PPR Nov 4th
6-Passport send on Nov 7th
7-Passport returned at Dec 4th
