AND I AM DONE WITH CIC

People I am extremely happy and excited today. I had just checked my ECAS status...After a long agonizing wait my journey will finally come to an end in few days.
After reading the below mentioned ECAS status update i still have a real big smile of my face and feeling so relieved.

We sent you a notice on August 2, 2013 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on August 20, 2013 at 09:30 am. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

I wish everyone all the very best. I would also like to discuss few things which could be useful to other applicants.
1. The time i sent my citizenship application, I attached a copy of my health card which was ONLY A MONTH OLD.
2. I had traveled 4 times in the past 5 years accumulated 21 weeks of vacation in total.

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 13, 2011.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 13, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing your application on May 25, 2012.

We sent you a notice on June 19, 2013 to appear and write the citizenship test on July 03 , 2013 at 1:00 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

It sure is a relieve dude...I am feeling so relaxed finally its all over. I had indicated two major things one was a major RQ trigger as per few people but my application went smoothly and second was my vacation as alot of people are scared to take one after submitting their citizenship application.

Do you mind me asking which local CIC office processed your case?

Seems like it took an year from processing to getting the test date in your case.

You heard that right my test was at Scarborough however I am not sure where my Oath ceremony will be. Still waiting on the letter. I got the update from ECAS.
