An offer letter being fake or real??

As per Canuck it is fake.

Note that the contact email address is shown above as hillsideconstructions.ca whereas the website address which by the way looks genuine as registered in 2005 is http://hillsideconstruction.ca/ without the (s) on end of construction. So the contact email address goes to the scammers.

The telephone area code 905 is Toronto whereas the website shows area code 204 a valid area code for Manitoba

Nothing you can do other than walk away from it. If you have sent copies of any documents or paid any money it will be gone

Job offers to anyone outside of Canada from construction companies, hotels or oil/gas are generally fake
