I.have a question

If amman visa offiec send the PR email. whose email address they send it to? (Principle Applicant) or (Sponsor) or both of.them ? ? ?

From my understanding it's both, but I would watch both of them very closely, remember check the Spam / Junk folders.

heyy, no actually i didnt. I only recieved an email from them. They wanted me to redo one of the papers, they call it IMM5669. :

what about sponser aproval they send it to both or no? ? ? . Coz my husband who.only recived the AOR . Im fraid about my email i think maybe they misstake in it .. Coz it end with @yahoo.co.uk

roro i think it depends what you wrote when u first applied. on the application itself it asks who do you want them to contact. i only put my number and email address so, they contact me for anything. do you remember if u guys added your email too?

Initial application was sent to cic on december 2012. Application was sent to visa office on January 2013. How do I find the status of the application aftr it reaches amman?

Also, if I hire a lawyer, would it help in expediting the process? Because cic is quoting 20 months for processing time and that is a ridiculous amount of time.

Unfortunately the Amman visa office doesn't now send you confirmation that they have received your application (although some people have, but its rare). I think they are so busy they can not allocate someone to preform this task. Ecas (even though it is unreliable) is probably your best bet here)

As for a lawyer, again I'm afraid its bad news ... they can not help "speed" the process, the only thing they really do is make sure your application is correct to eliminate future delays based on errors. Also if you have a complicated case, they can assist there as well. I agree the wait time is way too long, but this is the price we all have to pay to live with our loved ones.

1- i will go to amman office in jordan next sunday and submit the citizen iraqi certificate to them ..my question is how long it take the application after i submit the requested document??

فقط الجنسية أي بطاقة الأحوال المدنية أم شهادة الجنسية العراقية ؟ أو ما ماكو فرق , أي واحدة منهم ؟ للعلم أنا أحمل الجنسية الكندية وموجود في كندا وجاي أكقل زوجتي وهي عراقية ولا تزال في العراق , وعند تقديم طلب كفالتها أرفقت صورة عن هوية الأحوال المدنية لها مترجمة ومصدقة من كندا . فهل هذا يكفي أم سوف أيضا يطلبون " شهادة الجنسية العراقية " ؟ أرجو الجواب وشكرا

roro i think it depends what you wrote when u first applied. on the application itself it asks who do you want them to contact. i only put my number and email address so, they contact me for anything. do you remember if u guys added your email too?

I.Kat is right, any and all information is sent to the information you provided on your application. For myself both my contact information and my wife's contact information is set to our lawyers address/telephone/email. I also believe one of the questions on the application was if you wished your info be mailed or emailed to you ( so if you gave an email, if would be send there over mail )

I.Kat is right, any and all information is sent to the information you provided on your application. For myself both my contact information and my wife's contact information is set to our lawyers address/telephone/email. I also believe one of the questions on the application was if you wished your info be mailed or emailed to you ( so if you gave an email, if would be send there over mail )

مرحبا اخي ... بصراحة ماعرف اني زوجي في كندا وقدم شهادة اللجنسية العراقية ومترجمة هم بس ماعرف ليش هسة هم رجعو طلبوها يجوز ضيعوها او مانتبهو مدنفهم بس اني هم جان سؤالي انو هالشي ياخر معاملتنا لو تمشي عادي؟

Thanks for the information Sister. Pease do check it with your hausband and let me know. Also, if they ask for SHAHADAT AL-JENSIA , do they want it with translation or just as is in Arabic ? And should my wife send it to them now or should wait till the embassy ask for it ?

سلام , هو أصلا ما كانوا يطلبون شهادة الجنسية , كل ما كانوا يطلبون شهادة ميلاد "ولادة" مترجمة وكذلك صورة جواز السفر . عجيب هذا الطلب وهذه أول مرة أسمع أنهم يطلبون شهادة الجنسية . يا أخوتي شنو معلوماتكم عن موضوع شهادة الجنسية ؟
