Today our medicals expired...we previously sent an email if we should redo them or not and didn't receive any reply. We were required to send in a police certificate (old ones expired) which we did its been a few weeks. We have not received any updates so far...Any suggestions?

keep emailing them, I have been successful with having them reply twice in the past month. Which email re you using?

Good news, my hubby received a call and was informed not to travel out of Syria...he will soon be issued his visa (I hope)..was promised to receive a call next week...lets see what happens. Enshala good news will be coming for all. God Bless and I will keep you all in my prayers.

I don't know what to tell you because I never had that sentence until recently. I think they would say second medical results received? or am I wrong ... if someone has had experience with this please share.

Stay optimistic I think we will hear something soon inshallah! But I do hope Khalid and Canada girl hear something before us!

for us it's the same thing as for mohammedm, we have these 2 lines from the beginning of the process "we received your application on xxxx", "medical results have been received'

i think in ur case since u didn't have this line before it SHOULD refer to the 2nd medical; for us for sure it refers to the first one which already expired; we didn't do the 2nd one yet, waiting for some sign - from them, from God anything; i think we'll still wait until we reach the 15month mark, then order the GCMS notes - if there is no sign that they were extended, we'll do them again....or maybe they will advice us in their email reply as they did for u;
now all this it's a little misleading - if this line will b all the time there in the future too, we won't know if they actually have the 2nd pair of medicals or not

finaaaaaaaally Canadagirl!!!!!!! i'm very happy for u and basseem also, very impressed with ur timeline, congraaaaaaaats for both!!!!!! when i read ur posts in the same time i can barely refrain myself from crying (of joy of course), i really hope all Syrians can b processed faster, cuz wherever they r they r in a continous struggle :'( no country wants them anymore; it's really terrifying - i can't eat well anymore, sleep well, i don't even think clearly

Guyysss good newss...I got an emil from the embassy as they told me they gonna send me an emil...

they required more documents from me such as

-wedding pictures (as I sent a CD with teh application and they returned it to me)
-a new Police certificate
- Pay the rest of the PR fees


they said I have to send those in 30 days.


now i told my wife to go do her police certificate hopefully she can get it from baghdad as soon as possible ya rab.


alhamdullah they request those now and not letting me wait more to ask for it.

yea I already sent one with the application,,but I think it expires after a year so thats why they asked for a second one..

thank youu sis, inshallah you hear good news too ya rab...I suggest you to call Amman VO, like that they can check in place abour application eventho they dont give you a lot of info, but I figured out that after everytime i call them they send me an emil,,first time for the medical...and last week when i called they told me they gonna send me an emil and its true , they did!
