well it's not me who wants them it's they the embassy
yes u need to keep very safe the original CSQ so from my understanding (i'm not lawyer officer or anything related) i would send a copy of it and a copy of the letter u received; like this they know why u r sending it (keep in mind they deal with hundreds of letters, applications every day so u need to make their lives and work as easy as possible); in the letter u should have ur name, client id, file number etc if not make sure u write them (if u know them)
the letter has the same format for everybody and the same info abt passport, police certificate, etc; the letter only asks for the CSQ (for now)

if i said same as the others before sorry but i don't understand; if i said something extra hope someone is kind enough to translate to u or ask ur wife to do that; good luck!!

hmm they don't say specifically and not sure if DHL still works in Syria : so to be safe he can do both - email and mail; i know people who sent it by email and it was ok but they were processed in different office (not Amman) so not sure what Amman VO prefers

as soon as we got ours we send it by email but we did not get that letter (maybe cuz they have it already); i guess if we get an official letter like that we would send by DHL too (more official); just a guess.....

hello bassem, did the immigration from amman visa office wrote this letter to you, or the immigration in canada,because i filed my application in october 2011 and they were trasnfered in late december, 2011 and they still have not been processed,i received a reply from amman visa office about 1 month ago and they were processing application received between june to august 2011.

hi kurd . Bassim destination is quebec so i think there is a differences between our applications and his application. so don't worry .

I received a letter from the Embassy of Canada in Amman they want CSQ and received an update from immigration My appeared in the study
I do not know the difference but I think that Amman is given me update
and I hope to hear good sons as soon as

don't worry many from 2011 did not get any news yet; some applications r faster some slower it's case by case scenario; i would b happy if he gets it faster since in Syria is not safe now, but there r also others in Syria who waited 17-19 months and still do :
also even if his status changed to in process it's a good sign but there could b still a long way to go or not; in the same time ur status or others might not ever change to in process and u might b at almost the end

actually roro not really it's just one extra small step and one extra document which the embassy has to make sure u have it before they start anything; there r some differences for the first part (the assessment of the sponsor) but the way the applicant is assessed is exactly the same with the same amount of time
i think so far he is one of the lucky ones

We all have that line that he has, that started processing part. His only showed up now because he was missing a paper and since he sent in the paper and the application is complete that line appeared. The real question to ask is when he first logs in does it say Application received or In process.
