yes u need to keep very safe the original CSQ so from my understanding (i'm not lawyer officer or anything related) i would send a copy of it and a copy of the letter u received; like this they know why u r sending it (keep in mind they deal with hundreds of letters, applications every day so u need to make their lives and work as easy as possible); in the letter u should have ur name, client id, file number etc if not make sure u write them (if u know them)
the letter has the same format for everybody and the same info abt passport, police certificate, etc; the letter only asks for the CSQ (for now)
if i said same as the others before sorry but i don't understand; if i said something extra hope someone is kind enough to translate to u or ask ur wife to do that; good luck!!
