Hi guys, I got my PhD outside of Canada and I am working in a lab in Toronto since last May. I am planning to apply PR and I am not sure whether I am eligible for CEC program since some web says I need two years work experience while some web says only need one year. Does anyone knows about it? thank you.

You'll need 12 months of full-time skilled experience.
This post on my website should help:

Two years is old CEC requirement and this was changed to 1 year since Jan 2013.

If you have 12 months of full-time work experience in Canada and if your Job falls under NOC O or A or B type then you are eligible to apply under CEC.

The only website that really matters is CIC's -refer here for official information.
