Ok! to clear some things.
I had filed my application on May 4, 2013. As part of the FSW process, I had to get my ECA. I have now got my ECA which I have to send to the Canadian Authorities.
BUT, the ECA report (that I have received) from ICAS says that my degree/diploma is not equivalent to any qualification in Canada because at the time of my attendance (in 2000) my course was not recognized by AICTE.
Can anyone suggest any alternative.
From what you have said above, I understand the following facts:
(a) You submitted (on May 4, 2013) your FSW 2013 application
without the
required ECA document.
You then claim that "
As part of the FSW process, I had to get my ECA".....didn't you also know that as part of the FSW 2013 process you are/were
required to submit the ECA
with the FSW application?
(b) Then, despite the FACT that your ECA indicated that your "
degree/diploma is not equivalent to any qualification in Canada" you still went ahead and submitted the "not equivalent" ECA to CIC to (supposedly) complete the FSW application you submitted in (a)
How does the above facts make any sense?
This isn't even a situation of you not understanding the process, instead, it is
clear from this situation that you indeed understood the process but deliberately disregarded the application requirements. By doing the above you may have even compromised your future applications (if you decide to re-apply).
What exactly are you now expecting CIC to do with your application?
(1) Are you thinking that CIC is going to overlook the fact that your initial FSW application did not include the ECA?
(2) Are you expecting that if CIC overlooked (1), CIC is also going to overlook the fact that your ECA states that your "
degree/diploma is not equivalent to any qualification in Canada"?
I would be somewhat surprised that if you submitted your application on May 4, 2013 (as you claim), you haven't already received the rejection letter from CIC as yet. Have you received a rejection letter from CIC?
I do not see any alternative for you at this time, well, certainly not for FSW 2013, especially given the fact that you are applying under NOC 2174.
