hello! just wondering if someone had this similar situation or experienced this one.
what would be the chances of me be included in my mom's petition for a permanent residence in canada? im the eldest among my bro and sisters..We just recieved our medical forms yesterday and we are preparing for it..I just turned 23 last february 2008 and my mom filed the petition when im still 21 or 22 i think, isn't the age for dependent children is 22 years old? is it still possible to accompany my family when they leave the country? my mom is in Alberta right now..she told me that i have to get back to school so i can be a student. a full- time student. In this way i can still be considered as DEPENDENT shild..however, im a graduate of a Bachelor's degree already and graduated in 2005. im a little bit anxious coz i put on the IMM form on the personal history part that i work as a staff nurse from sept. 2005 to april 2006..after that i went back to study but not in a real school but in a review center so i put May 2006 to July 2007(this is the month which we recieved and submitted the IMM forms to the Canadian Embassy in the Philippines) STUDYING (which is true coz i have to review for other professional exams) ..so im just wondering whAt would be my chances.thanks in advance!
