Am I "importing" my car?

I plan to drive to the boarder and cross in my car. I am moving to live with my husband. Does this constitute "importing a vehicle?" There is a lot of info on the website on the rules for importing a vehicle but it is all very confusing to me.

I think that constitutes an import if you intend to stay in Canada.
