Am I Eligible for the FSW NOC 2147

But as per this (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp) for NOC 2147 its 104 most recent Number of complete applications counted towards the 300 sub-cap its showing..

So, considering the above its still open or its probably crossed the capping for this.

Having said that, it's extremely probable that CIC has already received more than enough applications for 2147 to reach the cap.

I applied on 2 june 2013 now the 2174 cap is filled and i did not recieve any acknowledgment from them. Am I out from the race or still have chances to get acknowledgment please tell me
My agent is telling me to have some patience for next one week i will get file number . Because some people who applied on 2174 got file number

It is most likely too late and your application will be returned to you without being processed.

If you want the reality, then No chance is the final answer. Cap reached on May 30th.

I have the experience letter of all my previous companies. So, Do i also require the letter of reference in which company should mention about the roles and responsibilities that i served. I am planning to apply for the NOC 2147. I know its too late but who knows might be luck matters.. :'( :

I sent my application package to CIC for NOC 2147 on June 24th but have not received any email/letter acknowledging the receipt of the package or providing any receipt no. Did any one receive any acknowledgement from CIC? Will we be informed by CIC if the application is denied/rejected for any reason or will it be just dumped in the trash? Anyone knows how long we will need to wait before we hear from them about our application.

What is the way to have job in Canada ..I have searched number of websites and updated resume but no luck. Pl suggest some way forward. I belong to India and want to apply under FSWC. I have my relatives in canada. Will i get any benefit of that if they can help to search a job on behalf of me?

Getting a full time job offer in Canada requires a lot of planning, patience and hardwork. And I will be honest with you, getting an offer from a canadian company when you are in India is almost next to impossible unless you have a canadian PR. Mainly because every company makes the candidate to go through several rounds of interviews. One or more of those interviews would be in person i.e. you would be asked to visit the company's location to interview in person with the hiring manager or someone else.
Having relatives in Canada only helps with getting accustomed to the local place. They would be able to provide you with contacts in companies they know but other than that, they can't help you with the interview process. Getting a job that you love to do takes a lot of patience and perseverance. Keep searching the websites, update your resume and apply selectively.
And remember, if you are thinking that your relatives are going to help you get a job, think twice. Everybody has a very busy life in the west. They won't have time to help others, especially, in a process as involved as job search.

Any chance for me to still apply for the NOC 2147. I got very confused whether i can still be in raised to get the PR. On the CIC site its showing as 116 vacancy has been filled. But some are saying that capping has already been reached since the month of May and June. So, What role does CIC site shows? I Know its all too late but i am still hoping and praying that might there will be a little sneak or chance.. :-[ ??? :'(
