can i apply outland but still remain in canada? the addresses that i put on the application are all canadian am i still able to do that?

As the others have said, that's fine.

Not sure if you're aware but outland has a different application package, found here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp. There are quite a few forms in common with the inland app but there are a lot of differences. If you do switch, make sure that you follow the outland guides and checklists FULLY.
