No, NDVO is still working with older apps, mainly mid september onward applications are being transferred to either Warsaw or Colombo for faster processing or you can say some sort of load balancing. Yes, you'll receive an email from concerning visa office.

You should receive AOR soon from the designated visa office or may be directly medical in case of NDVO.

I got a message from CIC that my application has recently been transferred to the VO. Waiting for AOR.

Do you know whether medical tests for women are somehow different that that for men? Do they require a gynecological exam, pap test? I've read that females immigrants doing medicals in Canada were asked to bring a recent pap test result or were referred to do one.

Here is my timeline:

App Received: 20th Oct
DD Encased: 18th Feb
PER: 23rd Feb

My process got delayed for PER because my DD couldn't encased at the first attempt because of some issue so CIC emailed me about this on 20th Jan and asked for the new instrument. I sent new DD along with documents for my newly born baby and the packet reached at CIC at 11th Feb.

Depending on your VO, you are supposed to receive your AOR before receiving MR. Which one is your VO?
I guess, you have nothing to worry about. Just check the required time between PER to MR from the spreadsheet based on your VO.
