My application was received on 10th OCT under 2172, and got encashed on 24th Dec, but till now I have not received any acknowldgement from CIC, It has been 130 days has been crossed . I called to customer care they have given me the UCI and file number , they could tell that its in Inprocess. even my ECA status also showing that in Inprocess. what could be reason for delaying.. and what are chances of getting NER after this delay.. because im loosing my hope day by day.. :'(

Don't give up you are not alone, remain positive about your application. Since it shows in process it means you are still in. They are only reviewing your file. I know a June applicant that only received PER two weeks ago.

dear all....iam 9 oct applicant....cc charge 17 dec.....till now no per....ECAS--in process......do people get NER after this status.....more than 60 days since cc charge....

Don't worry calm down PER will soon land in your mail box. Since ECAS still shows in process you are in.

I also sent application on 27th Oct, DD was encashed on 6th Jan 2015 as per Bank. I have not received any mail.

Try and call CIC tomorrow to know the status of your application. +16139444000

It's the same for me, application received on 03rd October, dd encashed on 16th dec. no PER yet.

Applied under 2173 in Oct 2014, received courier delivery report ,
as of today (Feb 19 2015) yet to hear from CIC and has not received back application package either . what would be the possibility .

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone else has this same problem:

My app was received on Oct. 1 with complete docs. I applied under NOC 4214. I called this week to ask for my UCI and thankfully they gave it to me over the phone. My problem is they said that they have not begun processing my app yet! I checked online and true enough, my UCI exists but they have not processed my application. My DD has not been encashed as well. It's been over 4 months :-( Is anyone in the same boat???
I plan to call again today and raise my concern that my DD might expire in a month....

Hi, i am in the same situation, sent my app in Oct 0112, no new yet, when ever i try to call their number, i only get the message from IVR that they are experiencing high call volume and it gets disconnected. I am really worried

Hi, Could you please share the email ID of Sydney office, I have applied under 0112, in OCt, there is no charge and no information from CIC, my case is even worse.

Depending on your VO, you are supposed to receive your AOR before receiving MR. Which one is your VO?
I guess, you have nothing to worry about. Just check the required time between PER to MR from the spreadsheet based on your VO.

My vo is also ndvo.I received my per 16 jan since there is not update

My VO is Warsaw ,Poland and I am in India.I have communicated about the "Change in family Composition" through case specific enquiry and have not received any response.Though through New Delhi,India Office I have received the list of documents which need to send with additional fees,Now I am not sure how to make the Fee payment .

Can some one help and been in the same situation.

Yes, many of them received AORs. I got mine as well when NDVO transferred my file to CVO. But still depends on VO.
