Hello Mates,
My application was received on 10th OCT under 2172, and got encashed on 24th Dec, but till now I have not received any acknowldgement from CIC, It has been 130 days has been crossed . I called to customer care they have given me the UCI and file number , they could tell that its in Inprocess. even my ECA status also showing that in Inprocess. what could be reason for delaying.. and what are chances of getting NER after this delay.. because im loosing my hope day by day.. :'(

It's the same for me, application received on 03rd October, dd encashed on 16th dec. no PER yet.
Btw, what's your NOC code?

My noc code is 2232...as harishcan said iam also loosing hope....now just want an answer......waiting for my email reply which i have send to Sydney office...will keep u guys posted.....

need expert opinion on below points:-

Should WE need to wait for the email from LVO to add new born to the application,OR

SHOULD WE send all docs for new born to LVO with details against UCI and application number along with a covering letter.and as our documents are delivered, we can just put another mail to LVO including delivery details???

it depends which VO your application will be forwarded to; some VO have more applications to process than other VO. once you have your PER, it all depends on your VO and on how quickly you respond to any request from VO.

Hi guys,

May I ask for your comments since I am an October applicant for 1123 and 0112 Nocs...based on the LBC tracking our application was received on October 17, 2014....I don't know what to expect since when I used our old file number that was issued last February 12, 2008 (by the way we are one of the backlog applicants in 2008 that was denied the processing and was returned), I was able to access our application which reflects at the right bottom of the site modified 2014-11-04.

However, the Permanent Residence Application Status is empty, no remarks is reflected. Does anyone have the same situation like us or given an UCI with no remarks on the status.
