Applied under 2173 in Oct 2014, received courier delivery report ,
as of today (Feb 19 2015) yet to hear from CIC and has not received back application package either . what would be the possibility .

Send them the mail . They would reply hopefully. My application was returned from cio on Feb 6,2015. I am yet to receive it.

My timeline is exactly same
App: 8-10-2014
PER: 15-01-2015
VO: LVO

But didn't receive AOR but new photo request from London Visa Office yesterday (19/2/2015).
Does this mean, my application is in process at LVO?
Should I expect MR soon?

Usually after 30-35 days of PER, AOR comes. After that u have to wait for MR.

How long doest it take from AOR- MR? Thanks

There is no fixed timing. It varies from applicant to applicant. Usually 2-4 months.

May be i am missing something here. But as per the below link(point 19) you are supposed to send 6 photos and no where does it mention about the details of the photo studio

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone else has this same problem:

My app was received on Oct. 1 with complete docs. I applied under NOC 4214. I called this week to ask for my UCI and thankfully they gave it to me over the phone. My problem is they said that they have not begun processing my app yet! I checked online and true enough, my UCI exists but they have not processed my application. My DD has not been encashed as well. It's been over 4 months :-( Is anyone in the same boat???
I plan to call again today and raise my concern that my DD might expire in a month....

there are less chances of getting NER after CC being charged

It's the same for me, application received on 03rd October, dd encashed on 16th dec. no PER yet.
Btw, what's your NOC code?
