CC finally charged on 23rd Dec.....Have updated the SS.

But I am trying to check ecas using UCI number from a previous visit visa but its not pulling up. Not sure why. I am using the 8 digit number at the bottom of the visit visa...Any explanation/reason would be helpful.

I have applied for NOC-2281 ,application received on 30th Oct almost 8 weeks ..Do im safe or still there are chances of NER.
Generally after how many days or weeks application will get reject.

Will NER also come as an email or is it with file return ?

File will never be returned in case of NER, file will be returned to you in initial stage while doing completeness check if your package has missed some essential documents. NER is the stage subsequent to cost recovery thus, nothing is returned.
