CC finally charged on 23rd Dec.....Have updated the SS. But I am trying to check ecas using UCI number from a previous visit visa but its not pulling up. Not sure why. I am using the 8 digit number at the bottom of the visit visa...Any explanation/reason would be helpful.

That is a concerning thing....I just applied for FBI check 10 days ago and also had my fingerprints done at local police station but still credit card hasnt been charged.
