I m also NOC_1212 applicant, file received on 13.11.2014 (VO: Singapore). Since i m a DD applicant, should i contact with my Bank? Meanwhile i have heard that SCB Bangladesh does not reply regarding DD encashment.
Any applicant same like me from november got their DD charged?

It is slow but I just got my CC charged today. Depending on how fast CIO moves I would say give it until mid January.
