Card charged on 17th DEC, 0111 dated 7th OCT. when can i expect PER.

Is their any chance to get NER also?

I have seen on forum, CIC goes for MI after charging fees.

I dont see any reason why they should does so.

If a person is checking our file for completeness cant he/she check for 67 points or pass on to other person for MI.

As per my understanding if a person's fees is charged it means His/her MI is OK, it is just that he/she is awaiting PER mail.

Many of you might have noticed that completeness checks are done earlier and fees is charged later and lots of time is in btw , it means the time taken btw completeness check and fees charging is good enough to do MI.

Pls express your views.

Canada Express Entry Program: Steps by step process

Candidate files an on-line express entry form and will be asked to provide information related to his qualifications, experience, occupation, Language skills, Canadian Education, Canadian Experience, Spousal language skills, job offer etc.

2. The applicants will then file their profile into the Canadian job bank.

3. The electronic system will then rank the pool of applications and conduct draws from such filed applications. Higher the candidate appears in the rank, better are the chances for him to get an invite for filing a Canada PR application.

4. Applicants chosen from the draw will be invited to file an application for permanent residence visa with CIC. This application must be filed within 60 days of receipt of invite failing which invite will be withdrawn. So is it critically ready to be ready with complete file and all required critical documents at all times.

5. Application will be filed with CIO, Nova Scotia with required fee. Rest of the process including background check and medical formalities are likely to be conducted at Local Canadian consulate.

6. Finally, the candidate will be asked to submit right of landing fee and passports for stamping.

Hi,

you are right but I believe a second opinion is recommended. First review is for completeness of the file, second review in my opinion would be to review if the first decision is correctly and rationally made. PER is all we are waiting. It is all what counts more in the process.

Just one question, payment taken means PER right? As for the cap table on CIC Website the applications waiting for MI review are those who would be checked for points calculation and then CC payment am I correct?

I m also NOC_1212 applicant, file received on 13.11.2014 (VO: Singapore). Since i m a DD applicant, should i contact with my Bank? Meanwhile i have heard that SCB Bangladesh does not reply regarding DD encashment.
Any applicant same like me from november got their DD charged?

my app was received on 10th oct, my DD has not been encashed till date
