Buttar saab, I sincerely hope your analysis is correct and all our friends from Oct fall within the cap. ;D ;D

However, as we all know cic doesnot have a trend to update their website and the applicant might have applied through a lawyer in Canada, which means, even snail mail reaches the lawyer/consultant earlier. : : :

yea i was calculating on basis of timeline of the application returned. If a 9th Oct was returned and the applicant was in USA it would easily take 2 weeks(Europe and Eastern countries may take 30 days or more) for the app. to reach back. That means the CAP was reached more than 2 weeks ago before the SS was updated. There has been 2 updates by CIC within that period. So, I guess CIC wouldn't miss updating the CAPPED NOC in 2 notifications.

hope my analysis is correct for my sake as well as all other 2132 applicants.

Hi People

I need a fast advice from you guys based on your experience. I submitted through my lawyers for NOC 1114 but without my detailed letter from my employers but supported with payslips, promotion letters etc , i also added email from HR saying they wont issue letter to support immigration . Based on the advises from fellow forumites , i have gotten a senior colleague to write the letter in a detailed format supporting with his complimentary card. kindly advise on the best option to use because of time and the deadline for submission. My application was received o the 6th of October and i used DD

1. Do i send the documents as addendum knowing fully well that completeness check would have been done on my application
2. Upload the documents to a portal someone in this forum advised https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx, and expect they will add it to my application
3 Or send another application all together and probably put CC as mode of payment this time , if i am luck this one is successful i tell my bank to decline authorization. Please note that i don't have the original of my IELTS and WES evaluation, i submitted with the initial application.

Can someone also conform if multiple application is allowed , i initially applied under financial investigation , i also have experience in financial planner, although they are in the same NOC.

I am doing all these to prevent rejection in the late dates of the month and get stucked, my initial application did nit have letter from my employer. I have not heard from CIC on the first application as i used DD

It will take another few weeks for CIC to reach 30 Oct applications.

u need to follow up with CC or DD from jan 1.

CIC updates 1000 last friday (Cap reached)...though i guess its a fake one to avoid further applications.

App received: 9/11/2014 CC Last charged: 12/3/2014------as per ss. (Total Applications in ss 131 only). So just wait and see some other applications got charged in SS.

As there are only less people update in SS, there is no way to understand rather wait and see for any other person to update.
