Can a CSE be raised before you get second line update? or it doesn't matter?
because if they haven't started working on your application wouldn't a CSE complicate things & slow down the process?

Completed medical exam and paid RPRF fees. Now waiting for FBI to give their blessings on the PCC so that I can proceed :'(

Hi U can ask for CSE but their would not be much of details u can get as all are waiting for the Second Line as of now & it would take their regular time as desired ... So its Better u can wait for while so as to get specific reply for ur query. Rest u can raise ur CSE anytime ....

What is PPR1 and PPR2?

PPR1 is when they ask for passport biopages copy and PPR2 when they ask for original passport for visa stamping visa which is the final thing to happen..
from which country have u applied??

Thats Great Who all have received .... Means Ottawa VO is faster .... As compared to other VO with same timeline Files .....
