Call CIC 0016139444000 Options 11111311. Wait for Agent then only ask UCI. Not every Agent give this info. You might have to try few times.

then 1+1+1 call will be transferred, then 1+1+3, you'll be asked for your UCI# 3 times but u just ignore till you're transferred to an agent. Best of luck!

Ok 2nd part of your qst's answer is, yes completeness check is done till Dec 20th atleast or perhaps the whole December is done with, I suggest you calling the call center and asking about any updates which is against your UCI.

Usually they don't give any info at this stage but only UCI number and that too if ure lucky. But asking abt the updates is no harm.

Hi All,

My friend n I applied for NOC 4011. My self-calculated points were 74, IELTS 7.5 and 6+ years full time univ teaching exp. My friend had 67 points. Both the apps were received at CIO on 9th October but no fee has been charged even after 3 months! My consultant says our apps wr perfect i.e no doc was missing and thr ws no question abt eligibility either. My CC is perfectly Ok. I've been using it regularly for online shopping n fee payments etc. and I always clear my due amount immediately keeping full credit available all the time. Just today I registered for a course and fee ws charged instantly. Anyone who faced or is facing the same situation? Does it mean that my app has not been accepted and I should stop waiting now? If so, how long will it take for me to get my docs back?

First thing is to check with your bank for any charge attempt.
Second is call CIC to check the status... Most likely you will at-least get idea that what's going on with your app...
