May be... But I think the applications are assigned to different officers each works at his/her own pace. My application received date is October 16 and I got PER on December 17.

Yeah! I saw that too but if you will notice, her CC is charged super late but early PER being Sep 29, 2014 applicant. while others got CC charge early but late PER.

Guess PER is still based on application received date.

I know that this question has been asked many times so far, but what does this mean when my ECAS status says "We received your application on..."
Does this simply mean that they are processing it, or does this mean that it has been processed already?

Yeah. That can be possible but your NOC is a hot one too so it can also cause yours being processed at a fast track pace at CIO same thing that happened with others that was capped first.

Dear Friends,
Anyone from the first week of October still waiting for the payment? I am October 08 applicant, NOC 0112, Mode of payment is CC and still no news yet. Also my friend who applied together with me (Her application reached October 06, NOC 0113 CC payment) also did not receive any news yet. We are worried as we can see people are getting news for DD encashment for the last week of October already. Any one on the same situation dear friends?

Please write in much smaller and less colorful letters. It's disturbing to see your posts.

Also, your numbers are wrong. A lot of applicants have received Visa already, even from NDVO that is one of the slowest Visa Offices arround.

And there have been only 250 days since the beginning of FSW 2014 on May 1st 2014..

390 days it's a year and one month...
