Could you share with us how did you get to the info that first two attempts were unsuccessful?
Did someone contacted you, CIC or bank?

We have this service of e-alerts on emails and instant alerts via SMS on phone for any charges/attempts on our credit card or bank accounts.

Therefore, whenever an attempt (failed or successful) on our card or debit/credit in the bank a/c, the bank sends us these messages and we know.

Suggest, if your bank provides such services, get them activated with your updated phone number and email Id.

Secondly, if used a CC, call them up and advise that you are expecting a charge from 'citizenshio and imm FSW' for x amount (depending on the number of people) and they do not decline this charge as you have authorized it. Also, confirm that there aren't any temporary holds on your card and your 'international credit limit' (if applicable) is more than the charge expected.

This is what I did with my citibank, way before I was expecting the charge and it went through in one attempt.

My application received by CIC on 14th Oct. and 18th Dec my CC transaction declined. Now I am waiting for my CC to be charged again after instruction to my bank.

Congrats TTBN, your timeline has set a benchmark for late FSW 2014 applicants. One thing is clear that currently NOC 4011 is on the hit-list of CIC, another forum mate SS66 too has got his DD enashed and PER something similar to your time frame from the date of application.

That's correct Theus. As correctly mentioned by bhaibhai...pending applications are the ones which are charged already and pending MI review (points calc) post which, if successful, they will receive PER.

This was updated last week when completeness check was over for October applicants. Now it totally depends on the number of app charged from Oct till then, which is what is reflecting on the website.
