So please guys wait for sometime. I know its very hard to live without your partner. But Only citizen, PR (older) , US citizen or green card holder of US are allowed.

My wife will going to receive her passport tomorrow, I have some questions.
1. I believe she could be allowed to travel but does she and me need to quarantine for 14 days?
2. Does she able to come via London?

No one is really confident about the travel situation yet, we are waiting for a week or once IRCC has a firm answer for us in terms of travel and who is allowed to enter and who is not. I suggest call IRCC and ask them, but they might not know at this point.

If she is not sick ( Cold or Fever ) then she has to be live under Self-Isolation.

Yes you can travel through London. Quantine is not so complicated in Canada. You just have to stay home for 14 days. My wife is coming on 24th March.

as long as she is not showing any symptoms, fever, dry cough and body aches, she can self isolate at home for 14 days. They will tell her this at the airport.

I came through London on 15th. Heathrow was completely empty and they do screenings for corona too. But everything was normal. No need to worry about airport. Just confirm before booking that are you really allowed to enter here or not.
