Just spoke to Delhi High Commission office. They are not allowing families of PR holders to travel. Only Canadian Citizen immediate family members are allowed.

You were required to send some additional document or anything like that because of got ppr after 12 months ?

No mine was total diff story. She gave indication that she would find relatives and may not live with me , So I withdrew my sponsorship. But as I have read they do it automatically
