All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

Can you guys share timeline of how long the file has been sitting eating dust in NDVO and if some of you got updates then how long did it take. i see everyone saying 2-5 months but people have been waiting for much longer. I never received AOR 1 but got SA months after, its been 6 weeks since my app was transferred to NDVO and haven't received any email from them regarding if they've received it or if it has been opened yet, for all i know its still up in the air.

Hi.. I received an email regarding my file being sent to NDVO on 2nd May before which I got a call from NDVO on 30th Apr asking me questions on relationship. On 29th May i received Pre Arrival, after that there is no update.

Well that' good to hear, at-least you got a pre arrival so your relationship box is ticked. Now they must be working on BGC and other stuff. Next step is PPR and looking at the time i'm guessing its just around the corner for you.

Is it good to email Delhi high commission? Do you think will they respond to emails? I have a question regarding my application and they send me information needed letter saying need date of cohabitation, pre marriage photos, rituals even after I clearly mentioned that we just had court marriage and with rituals it will be in Feb 2020. What should I do.

Email them and raise a CSE through the web form as well. Send them all they have asked for and if there's something you cant provide then attach an detailed explanation letter.

No i have not been asked for medical but payed the fees for biometric

Application recieved 10 April 2019
AOR 03 May 2019
Sponsor approval and Biometric request 11 June 2019
Medical request 12 June 2019
Medical Passed 17 June 2019
File transferred to CPC- Mississauga 19June 2019
File transferred from CPC-M to New delhi visa office 02 July 2019

My question : Do file transfer from CPC-M to NDVO take the same time for processing as to from CPC- Sydney directly to NDVO?

Also any idea on the current trend of processing time at NDVO?

Is there any chance of faster processing time if it is transferred from CPC-M to NDVO and not directly from CPC-Sydney to NDVO?

Anyone with similar situation?

Biometric pending - they have to reissue my letter as they printed both mine and my husbands bil with husband’s name.
They still havent reissued the letter

My File has been also traffered from Missisauga to New delhi just as of today. Everyone says it take more extra time now rather than missisauga gives approval. But some of the persons says that all files goes to Delhi to verify if your spouse live outside of country. Not sure what will be next now.

yes like I said if it is not further sent to VO , even after sending to VO some files are treated very quickly while others take months more
