After the interview it basically indicates that the visa officers are convinced that the relation is genuine, the application is all good and next step is just stamping the passport and issuing COPR.What does Pre arrival mean ? Please explain

Ohh thats good. So usually it will take 3 months then. Mine just got transfered to delhi on 26th july. Its nothing but an email defining the services available in Canada for new comers
hey, do you know why they are requesting an interview?Thank you I'm Canadian though, so it will be hubby on a plane - god willing
yeah looking at the trend i would say most people have been hearing from NDVO after 3 months of transfer. A bit over 3 months but that's the standard timeline.Ohh thats good. So usually it will take 3 months then. Mine just got transfered to delhi on 26th july.
Sponsor eligibility is reviewed in Canada so the application would move to either Mississauga or if there's backlog or if the application needs additional reviewing then its moved to the home country VO. After they start working on applicants eligibility is when they would ask for biometrics so its either after its moved to mississauga or home vo, altough they might ask for biometrics payment even before SA because they figure out that the applicant needs it done when they just start reviewing the application.when were you all notified that your application was moved to NDVO? before SA or after SA? before biometrics or after?
Thanks! there are some people in the May 2019 fourm, whose application only moved to Mississauga, and then had their DM within less than 3 months. so is it safe to say that once the biometrics/medical is requested, the file stays in Mississauga for some applicants? or does it always move to the PA's home country? because frankly, i do not believe NDVO works that quickly (less than 3 months) for the the entire process.Sponsor eligibility is reviewed in Canada so the application would move to either Mississauga or if there's backlog or if the application needs additional reviewing then its moved to the home country VO. So yeah everyone's app moves home country visa office after SA but biometrics, not really.
Yeah alot of the applicants get theirs processed at Mississauga, my application was initially transferred there but after two months it was transferred to NDVO. If they just processed it there i probably would've gotten my PPR by now tsh tshThanks! there are some people in the May 2019 fourm, whose application only moved to Mississauga, and then had their DM within less than 3 months. so is it safe to say that once the biometrics/medical is requested, the file stays in Mississauga for some applicants? or does it always move to the PA's home country? because frankly, i do not believe NDVO works that quickly (less than 3 months) for the the entire process.

They request an interview any time they want clarification on your application, they never expain the reason for requesting an interview. I can probably guess why, there are so many notes on this forum about "red flags" etc, but there's no way to confirm if I'm correct.hey, do you know why they are requesting an interview?
It's not just some, all files eventually get transferred to a local VO, and the majority of files are processed in local VOs. Mississauga handles only very straight forward cases that can be closed quickly to help with overflow and too much volume at other offices. It may seem like a lot of lucky people get through quickly at Mississauga, that's because it's designed to be faster there. But that number is way WAY smaller than the amount that get sent out.so why do they transfer some to NDVO and process some at Mississauga?
